The exchange and return policy applies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only
• Exchange and return are made within two days from the time of receipt of the order, while maintaining the integrity of the product with its original carton and shipping box (no product will be accepted without them)
• In the event that you wish to return or exchange any product after receipt, the amount of your order for the product will be refunded (within 3 working days of its arrival to us) The store bears the value of the shipping policy (35 riyals) and the customer bears the value of the return policy (35 riyals)
• If you are late in delivering the shipment to the shipping company within 7 days of printing the return policy, the policy will be automatically canceled, which means that you will not be able to return or exchange the order
• You cannot cancel the order if it has been issued with the shipping company, and if the shipping policy has been issued and the order status has become (executed) and a request has been made to cancel the order, in this case the amount of your order for the product will be refunded The value of the shipping policy will be deducted (also applies if the shipping is free)
• After 7 days of not receiving the shipment from the shipping company's warehouses, we are not responsible for that, and if it returns to us, the customer bears the value of the second shipping policy, and then the exchange or return is prohibited
• When you receive a damaged product, you will be compensated with the same damaged product after attaching the photos within (48 hours) from the time of receipt, and compensation will be made within 7 days from the date of our receipt of the order photos
• The store reserves the right to make any amendments or changes to its website and to the policies and agreements associated with it, including the privacy policy, as well as the terms and conditions document, the terms of service, the terms of exchange and return, and the shipping and delivery policy..
